This is really kind of sad. The president keeps losing his train of thought. Is it because he doesn't even believe what he's is saying anymore and in mid-thought he's catches himself and thinks 'what the hell are you going on about?' Or maybe some nice girl in the crowd showed him a bit of cleavage and his brain just shut down.
Whatever it is, it does remind me of when there were rumors floating around about Ronald Reagan's senility when he was in office. So yeah, kind of sad.
