Of course by now everyone has probably heard that Bush has for the first time used his veto power to block legislation that would provide government funding for embryonic stem cell research. Then after vetoing the bill, goes in for a photo-op in a room full of children who were supposedly born from donated embryos.

"Each of these children was still adopted while still an embryo and has been blessed with a chance to grow, to grow up in a loving family. These boys and girls are not spare parts,"So children are not for spare parts? Thank you Mr. Bush for clearing that up. He's so scientific! So its wrong to use human beings for spare parts, unless of course you donate your organs. But can you donate embryos? And what happened to all the brothers and sisters of those children in that room? Were they all destroyed? From what I understand, if left unclaimed, embryos are usually destroyed after a certain amount of time. So just so I know, embryos being destroyed is okay, but using them for saving lives is not okay. Brilliant.

This makes me so angry I can't even start to write. I wonder what he would do if it was discovered that embryos could work as an oil alternative. Wouldn't that be twisted. So his theory is, pro-life, pro-test tube baby, pro-war (killing people, a lot of innocent people included) and anti-saving lives even if it means using embryos donated to science. I AM SOOOOOO CONFUSED!!??*!!??
