I think Joe-mentum finally petered out. Lieberman lost the Democrat nomination for his Senate seat. Yay! …well kind of. To show how much of a much he cares about the party and what it stands for (the Iraq War?), he will now be running against the Democrat as an independent. This will in turn divide the Democrat’s votes and possibly give a win to the Republican candidate – unless said Republican is really, really, really bad. I think George Bush will go with an open mouth kiss this time.
