"The central provision of the bill supports and reflects my personal beliefs," she said in a statement, adding she had hoped for legislation with exceptions for rape and incest.Yes, all she could have done was hoped because she is just a lowly governor with only the piddly power of the veto- what could she possibly do with a veto? Maybe put a nice doiley on it?
